Do I need a referral?

A referral from your optometrist or GP is preferred for medical assessments. It helps us triage and bill MSP correctly. Call us if you are unsure.

What tests will be done?

Depending on symptoms: refraction, corneal mapping, OCT retinal imaging, visual fields and a dilated exam.

Is assessment covered by MSP?

Medically necessary assessments referred by a physician or optometrist are generally covered.
