An epicanthic fold, also referred to as Asian eyes, is when a skin fold of the upper eyelid covers the inside corner of the eye. Patients with monolids do not have a crease or fold separating their eyelids into two sections. This can make the eyes appear smaller.
The monolid procedure is quite similar to blepharoplasty. The surgeon will create creases in your eyelids and remove excess skin and fat to ensure the creases stay in place.
It is not uncommon for people to have bumps and spots they do not like. This could include anything from skin tags or age spots to moles or cysts.

By flashing light into the deeper layers of your skin, our IPL can target a compound found in the blood called oxyhemoglobin. Oxyhemoglobin is the type of blood cell responsible for carrying oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.

Our skin lasers can be used to slow, or in some cases, completely halt hair growth in treated areas. Highly concentrated beams of light are focused on the hair follicles without affecting the surrounding area.
This procedure involves either the IPL or the LongPulse Laser. For lighter and thinner hair, or for those with a lower discomfort tolerance, the IPL is recommended. To address areas with thicker, more stubborn hair, our LongPulse laser is recommended. The LongPulse may cause a slight pinching or burning sensation during and shortly after the procedure.
The IPL skin laser stimulates deeper collagen (protein providing structural support to skin) helping to lighten scarring and reduce inflammation of active acne.
Because the laser applies heat directly to the affected areas, sebaceous glands shrink decreasing the severity of recurring acne.
An IPL procedure designed to treat skin lesions, sunburn spots, and growths on the skin. These issues are caused by melanin-producing melanocyte cells in the skin. By targeting and breaking down the melanin in the darkened areas, we can clear the pigmentation layers resulting in more even-toned and unblemished skin.
Using the IPL to correct Melasma will result in faster, but not as long-lasting pigmentation correction. This can be used to treat mild-moderate melasma in patients with a low discomfort tolerance.
By using our ProDeep laser, treatment affects the underlying skin layers by rejuvenating collagen production and repairing the general condition of the skin. Because it works on the deeper layers of the skin, results may take longer to see but will last longer. This treatment also decreases the chance of your melasma reoccurring.
Our ProDeep laser is able to treat mild to moderate scarring or stretch marks in patients with low pain tolerance. Treatable stretch marks can be located on the stomach, upper leg, glutes, and breasts.
For more severe scarring like C-section scars, hypertrophic scarring, or surgical scars, our DualMode laser should be used. DualMode has an additional laser that repairs damaged scar tissue on the surface while also stimulating underlying collagen to boost reproduction. Treatable scars can be located on the stomach, full legs, glutes, or breasts.
Thermal Peeling is generally used to clear mild pigmentation, fine lines, and shallow wrinkles on the face. Our LongPulse laser can target old, dead skin cells and eliminate them. This helps the fresh skin to resume proper collagen reproduction restoring youthful looking skin.
One of our most popular procedures. Reduce wrinkles and bring back a youthful glow by applying heat to each layer of skin in the affected area. Similar to thermal peeling, by eliminating old skin cells and promoting collagen production, skin can heal to a smoother, more even, and balanced state.
