DR. PETER LEE, MD FRCSC
Dr. Lee graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Medicine in 2004. He completed his ophthalmology training at the University of Calgary where he won numerous awards and served as chief resident. One of Dr. Lee’s close mentors in residency was the world-renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Howard Gimbel. Upon graduation in 2010, Dr. Lee practiced comprehensive ophthalmology in various locations in BC and Alberta and for the past several years, ran a busy surgical practice in central Alberta where he held privileges at three different hospitals. Dr. Lee has expertise in cataract surgery, eyelid surgery and ophthalmic lasers, having completed thousands of eye surgeries.
Dr. Lee is excited to be back in BC, closer to his family and joining Fraser Valley Cataract and Laser. When he’s not consulting patients or performing surgical procedures, he enjoys traveling, pursuing fitness goals, and most of all spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
